Stretches, balances and flowing sequences, such as the ancient and universal Salute to the Sun.

Help my small yoga group stay mobile and strong as we practice every Thursday morning in the Chichester Boys Club.

Breathing work and a guided relaxation lying warmly on the floor at the end of the class help with stress and insomnia.

A time for ourselves.

We are in a lovely room opening onto a small secluded courtyard for open air stretches when warm enough. We feel part of the Centre, warmly supported by its friendly team.
